The Answers You Need
HOW DOES THE CHEF SERVICE WORK?
We have partnered with a few amazing chefs in the Atlanta area to provide this service. This service requires some information from the client before fully booking; like the type of meal, how many courses and coordination of time with the chef. Booking requires a minimum of 2-3 days to prepare all details. Rates will be based on meal, courses, and groceries. Everything will be communicated by phone and email to ensure the details are to your satisfaction!
HOW DOES THE LAUNDRY SERVICE WORK?
Our Lux Porters will wash 1 load of your laundry during your appointment. Simply place the laundry by the laundry room of your apartment at the time of appointment. This service is currently offered to those who have a washer & dryer inside the apartment. Our Lux Porters will be equipped with laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets or you may provide your own for us to use.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE MISSING OR BROKEN ITEMS DURING THE APPOINTMENT?
Our Lux Porters are carefully vetted and trained to provide excellent service and good character. We also take photos of each room before & after each clean to assure everything is still intact & in place. Porter Suite is Insured for occurrences beyond our control. Our insurance company will work with any residents to rectify any issues that may arise.
